I am conducting an online survey to gauge how user friendly this website is for you to use. Please take a couple minutes and answer the 15 multiple choice questions. The results will be used to modify the look and feel of CentralWI By Owner.

Sellers, what are your current reservations about using CentralWI By Owner to advertise your home? I am looking forward to hearing what I can do to build confidence about the benefits of listing your home here. Is their enough information about the for sale by owner process? Do you still have concerns about not using an agent? 

Also, sellers by taking the survey you will receive $10 back after you purchase a listing. So when it’s all said and done your listing price will be $115.

Buyers, I am very interested in how easy it is for you to search for properties on the website. Also, are you being provided enough information from sellers? Do you feel confident in purchasing a home being sold by owner? Was the for sale sign easy to read? Were you able to easily remember the website name?
