Thank you for making your way to CentralWI by Owner!  I am very excited about what the future will hold for not only my business but also how I will be able to help you sell your current home or purchase your next home. 

It is my goal to make buying and selling FSBO feel like a community.  Why?  I believe we are all in this together.  It’s not my home vs. your home.  I see it as any new home that is listed is helping every current listing because more home buyers will be exposed to CentralWI by Owner.  

I’ve created this blog in the hopes of creating dialogue with home sellers and buyers that is on a more personal level.  It’s my hope that posting a question in the comments section might be easier than sending an email to the big bad general email info@centralwibyowner. 

Check back often in the course of the next few days, and weeks.  Who knows where this path will lead.  I certainly can’t envision where this will end up. 

Also, it’s my goal to provide home buyers and sellers with more than enough information to give you the confidence to either sell or purchase your home for sale by owner.  Selling your home may look like a daunting task, but I’ll show you that breaking down the selling process into manageable chunks will allow you save yourself a bunch of money in realtor commissions. You’ll notice that listing here will give you all the same amenities that a realtor is able to provide, outside of listing your home on the MLS.  Take a second and look at what you’ll receive when you list.  Compare what you’ll receive listing here to what you’ll receive elsewhere and you’ll see we provide a lot for a very minimum investment.
